Rise Above the Fear!

In the financial climate that we are all experiencing… when all the experts are preaching doom and your personal finances might be reflecting their predictions, it is hard not to give in to panic - much less make a decision! As a radio announcer said today.. “The dire predictions and daily reports ‘mess with your brain’…!” That’s what FEAR does to us all - it paralyzes us.. if we allow it to!
We must rise above the fear and move forward!
As just about everyone knows (at least intellectually) by now, our thoughts become our reality. In other words, when we buy into the dire predictions and give into the fear, it becomes a “self-fulfilling prophecy”. It becomes increasingly more difficult to see a “light at the end of the tunnel” - to see a positive long-term result. More often than not, inactivity is the result!
However, now is the time when it is imperative to go against instincts and take action… to take control of our own destiny. Gone are the days when a single job (or even two jobs for many!) will provide long-term security. For many the rise in cost-of-living has increased beyond their income. It’s very distressing and difficult to make a move! We can sit back and wait for the worst to happen or, we can take steps to do something about it.
The bottom line is that we can’t count on the stock market, the banks, the corporations or the government to take care of us. So, we can stay where we are, do nothing and hope for the best… and get nothing in return! Or, stare down our fears and go for it!
Taking the right action is important, of course. It is easy to get caught up in a panic response - looking for the quick fix. And, there are hundreds of “flash in the pan” programs, “get rick quick” schemes and cash games that promise unreal returns flooding the internet now. Perhaps more now than ever. They look attractive - after all that’s what the marketing is supposed to do, right! However, these will only result in wasted time and money in the long run. My suggestion is to pass on them. I’ve been there and I’ve fallen for the hype and it wasn’t pretty … I can attest that none of them delivered and the fall wasn’t fun!
This is a time when home businesses will continue to increase in number as more and more people are laid off or just join the “working poor”. This might be the time for you to get on the band wagon and start your own home business. There is more than one way to go to do this. You can do it on your own with [tagPLR products[/tag] and affiliate products, you will see some suggestions on this blog for ways to do that.
Or, if you are new to the world of home business and the internet, you might want to start by joining a company and marketing their program and products. If you decide to go this route, pick a real business (not an MLM), with real products, run by experienced business people who have a commitment to innovation, growth and longevity. NOTE: I realize that I have been absent for quite some time on this blog. Family issues took me away for awhile and I really didn’t have any huge insights to share. “Self-fulfilling Prophecy”

Today I wanted to touch on a concept that we have all heard during our lives… or most of us have. I come across people everyday who are having difficulty making a decision to join a program, buy a product, make a life change, etc. Most of the time it is because they are looking for something wrong… trying to find the one thing that will make them unsuccessful. This is one of major reasons that people don’t change their lives for the better! If you look hard enough you will find it - or create it.
I work with Lou Tice, a world-renowned teacher in the area of Success Coaching and Cultural Transformation and I always find his teaching to be helpful and insightful. It often forces me to bring a concept that I “know” to the surface and really think about it. This note from Lou is one of those and I hope it helps you to think about your own situation…
“Do you ever catch yourself saying things like, “Nothing ever goes right for me?” If so, pay close attention to what I have to say today.
Do you think that nothing ever goes right for you? Do you believe that you are just an unlucky person, and that no matter what you do, you will probably fail? Well, you are right, but not for the reason you think. We’ve been talking about beliefs for about a week now. You have probably surmised that each one of us has a set of beliefs, and we act in accordance with those beliefs.
Now, perhaps you had a few setbacks that you were taught to interpret as failures. Next thing you know, you have a belief about yourself that says, “I just can’t succeed, no matter what.”
Then, in order to make life match up with your belief (which is important for your sanity), you begin to act in ways that reinforce your belief. Now, I am not suggesting that you jump into things without looking at them…that would be ridiculous! However, there is a point at which you have to take a risk…take the plunge and know that you will do everything in your power to make it work! Just do it! Then, stick with it and only accept success!
This is a formula that creates success for winners and it will create success for you as well!

What’s Been Happening?

Well, if you are watching this blog you can see that I haven’t made an entry for a couple of months now…until I posted the review SEO Tactics below. I did take some time off for the holidays… however, that isn’t the only reason. I have been spending some of my time working on marketing materials and team support materials for my Cruise to Cash business, and deciding where I want to go with this blog. Of course, there is continuing education as well!
Although I am a member of a number of Business Opportunities, Cruise to Cash is the only one that I am currently marketing because I believe it is the best overall program on the Internet in its price range right now. I am convinced that anybody who wants to earn extra money can be successful with this program. I am also impressed by the multi-dimensional nature of this program. The combination of product, company integrity and innovation and compensation plan make it totally unique in the marketplace!
I have decided that for the immediate future, my intention is to concentrate on reviewing products in this blog and providing marketing tips where possible. I am also a Project Director for an International “Success Education” Company, so you will see some “words of wisdom” from them occasionally.

Cruise to Cash Report Card - Is it the “Real Deal”?

Cruise to Cash has been around for a little over 60 days - Is it the Real Deal? Is the product real? Can people make money with Cruise to Cash?
In my opinion - YES!
According to merchant banks who handle home business - YES!
Cruise to Cash, along with G.A.P. are rated #1 with these banks.
According to the thousands who have joined Cruise to Cash since the beginning - YES!
According to the businesses that have used the certificates to bring in new business - YES!
Why do I believe it’s the Real Deal?
With every new program there are usually glitches - things don’t work right for some reason or another. There have been no real glitches with Cruise to Cash. These are experienced folks who know what they are doing and this fact alone inspires confidence in the membership.
There have been a number of travel programs come and many of them have also gone. I love to travel and have been looking for a travel program that I can personally use as well as feel good about promoting. A program that I believe other people can actually make money with. I have found that in Cruise to Cash.
It’s obvious that the product is in high demand… most of us like to travel and any way that we can save money doing it is popular! It’s important that the product be usable however. This has been a problem with some of the other travel businesses. Just get on one of the live conference calls and you will hear members that have redeemed their vouchers and have vacations booked. Since the resorts and hotels supported by these vouchers are National chains, once its booked you know what you are going to get.
Do the vacation vouchers actually save you money? Well, right off the bat I did a quick reveiw of this to ensure that I was comfortable promoting Cruise to Cash. I chose the flyaway vacation which is a weekend for 2 including airfare and hotel. I picked Las Vegas and checked out the airfare from Seattle (my home airport). I calculated my weekend to cost about 25% of the best price I could find without the voucher. This is good!
People can use these vouchers - I can use these vouchers! This is the key to all of marketing. Most of us have to believe in what we are offering. I know I do. To offer this to a business for use with their customers, you have to know that the vouchers are legitimate. To offer it to a person wanting to start a business, you have to know that the product and system are of good quality - that they can make money if they put the time in to do so.
Then there is marketing and support from the company. Cruise to Cash has one of the best sets of resources and tools for marketing available in any home business. I have been involved in a number of them and there isn’t anybody in the marketplace that has a better system…similar perhaps, but not more inclusive.
…Cruise to Cash puts every members website into a corporate rotator - although this isn’t going to alleviate the need to market, every little bit helps! It also shows a commitment to member success by the company.
…The company sponsors live calls 5 days per week - 9 calls in total. These are short, lively and interactive calls which are proving to help people evaluate the business. Members are excited - this doesn’t happen when the program isn’t good!
…The company provides a movie, capture page, website, free member email series and paid member email series - everything to get a person started with their business. They also have designed business cards and are working on postcards that members can use in their marketing. They also have a corporate sizzle call that can be used as a lead in to get people asking questions.
… The product can be marketed successfully online and offline - listen to the call and hear people successfully doing both everyday. This is a strength that many home business just don’t have.
Finally, (just because I don’t want this to go on forever) Cruise to Cash has been changing, upgrading and adding to the program since day one. Multiple vacations have been added. A new redemption system was put in place and I understand it is still being improved upon. More vacations are in the wings for 2008 and there is a plan for where people will be able to share their vacation videos.
I haven’t even discussed the compensation plan. That hasn’t changed from the beginning and it is terrific. In short, the compensation plan supports the success of the membership and helps them to stay motivated and producing. You can’t ask for anything better than that… people are making money with Cruise to Cash - right from the start! Even people who haven’t made money before are making money here! Why? Just look at all the reasons above.
This is one of few programs where I look forward to getting emails from the company everyday, just to see what the newest addition is going to be. I can’t honestly say that about any other program I have been involved with - at least not to the extent of Cruise to Cash!
So, the bottom line is Cruise to Cash is more than what it claims to be and it is still evolving. In its price-range, Cruise to Cash is the hottest business on the market and it doesn’t look like that will change for a long time! Anybody interested in an exciting and lucrative home business should at least take it for a ride!
